Shipping Costs: We calculate shipping costs from South Korea to your destination country. To ensure transparency and avoid any surprises, please verify the shipping fee at checkout.
Global Shipping: Kynnis is proud to offer worldwide shipping directly from Seoul. However, please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, military addresses, and certain countries due to shipping restrictions.
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $100 to the US, Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. For other international destinations, free shipping applies to orders over $150.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, the Kynnis team will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey online.
Customs and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties levied by their respective countries. Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kynnis. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy allows you to take comfort in knowing we stand behind the products we sell.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Kynnis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, Kynnis customers are responsible for the return delivery fee, except in cases where the products are missing, damaged during delivery, or incorrect. It's important that you double-check your shipping details, including zip codes and addresses, at the time of checkout to avoid any unnecessary issues.
Non-returnable Items
Please be aware that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items, gift cards, and specially curated sets and kits, along with hazardous materials. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Unclaimed packages returned to Kynnis due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will not be refunded. Additionally, we do not accept returns for orders refused by customs for any reason, including denial to pay taxes or banned importing items. Once a refused package returns to Kynnis, it will not be reshipped.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
